During my stay, the Wi-Fi did not work at all. Upon arriving, I found the bathroom sink filled with water, which was alarming. To make matters worse, a terrible drainage smell invaded my room at night. I couldn't sleep due to the unpleasant odor, and it was clear the staff were aware of these issues yet did nothing to resolve them.

I loved the free public transport card provided. it made exploring the city effortless! The breakfast had a fantastic variety. The air-conditioned room was a true lifesaver during the summer heat!

I had a wonderful stay this summer, much better than my previous experience in geneva. The room was spacious and included a coffee maker, which i appreciated. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with fresh pastries and a great juice selection.
